Why did my order not go through?

There are several reasons why your order may not have processed.

You may be using a credit card that we are not able to accept. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Prepaid credit cards may have limitations that prevent us from being able to accept them (e.g. many prepaid credit cards in the US do not permit international use).

If you are located outside of Canada (this can occur commonly for our US students), your card may have an international block placed on it that prevents you from completing your purchase. You can call your bank to let them know you are trying to place an order with us so that they can lift the block for the purchase.

If you are using PayPal, you may need to make sure they are able to withdraw funds from your bank, card, or balance properly.

If you are taken to an error page when you try to pay, our site might be experiencing a technical issue.
