What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, all of our products are eligible for a refund under our 90-day money-back guarantee policy unless otherwise specified. 

We accept returns on all physical items that are unused and unopened in sellable condition. You can ship them back to our Musora Shipping Department, and once we receive the items and verify that they are unopened and unused, we will issue you a refund.

Note: If you request a refund for a purchased bundle that includes physical items, the cost of the physical items will be deducted from your refund. These items are also eligible to ship back for a full refund as long as they are unopened and unused in sellable condition.
