How do I cancel my subscription?

However, if you've made up your mind and wish to cancel your membership, we've got you covered.
Note: Cancelling your membership will need to be done through the Website at this time.
Follow the steps below to cancel your membership:
Step 1: Click your profile picture in the top right-hand corner to open a drop-down menu and select "Account"
Step: 2: Select "Account Details"
Step 3: Scroll down to locate your membership details and select the "Cancel Membership" option:
Step 4: Complete the questionnaire provided, and once you're done, click "Cancel Membership" again to confirm your submission.
Step 5: After completing these steps, a red banner will appear across your profile, confirming the cancellation.
In case you don't see the cancellation option in your settings or suspect it's a billing issue, our Support Team is just a click away. Reach out to them at support@musora.com, and they'll be happy to assist you.
App Users
For our mobile app users who made their purchase through the Google Play Store, please follow the cancellation steps outlined by Google HERE.
