How does your 90-day satisfaction guarantee work?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your lessons and to have enough time to make sure they work for you! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact Drumeo Support within 90 days of your original purchase to request a refund.
If you purchased a membership or pack that included any bonuses, the value of hard goods that were shipped to you will be deducted from your refund.
You can send the unopened hard goods back to our Musora Shipping Department if they are still unopened. Once our shipping department receives the items, we will issue the remainder of your refund.
**Please note that particular products such as our semester-based 26-week guided courses are non-refundable purchases and are not subject to the 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
