How do I return my order?
If you would like a refund for your purchase of our online lessons and you are within 90 days of your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we would be happy to help you process that!
For physical items, we accept returns on eligible items that are unused and unopened in sellable condition. You can ship them back to our Musora Shipping Department, and once we receive the items and verify that they are unopened and unused, we will issue you a refund.

Note: If you request a refund for a purchased bundle that includes physical items, the cost of the physical items will be deducted from your refund. These items are also eligible to ship back for a full refund as long as they are unopened and unused in sellable condition.
