Why haven't I received my order?

Our estimated shipping times are generally 5-10 business days for the Contiguous US, 10-15 business days in Canada, and 4-8 weeks for International shipments. If your international shipment is taking longer than expected, check your tracking number to see if the shipment is going through your country's customs process - this can sometimes take a while.

If your shipment is in customs, you can try reaching out to your customs department for an update. Otherwise, if it has been longer than the estimated delivery times and you still have not received your order, please contact us HERE for assistance.
