Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?

It usually takes our shipping department 2-3 business days to process your order after it has been placed - once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking number from tracking@shipstation.com. During the holidays, there may be a short delay in processing times due to high volumes.

Note: It may take 48 to 72 hours after your number is issued for it to become available to track. If you don't see an email from us after 3 business days, try checking your junk mail or spam in case it was filtered out.

(If you ordered through Amazon and you have not received a tracking number, please reach out to their customer support for assistance.)
