What if I wasn't home when the delivery was made?

Check to see if your parcel may have been delivered to a parcel locker or your mailbox if available. Many postal services will also leave a calling card if they have attempted delivery and no one was home, prompting you to contact them about redelivery or to pick up at a nearby depot.

If you are worried that you may not be home to receive the delivery during the day, you can also use a work address for delivery. If there has already been an attempt for delivery, you may be able to contact your local carrier to change your address.
