My account has funds. How come my payment failed?
If you are using a credit card for your payment plan and located outside of Canada (this can occur commonly for our US students), your card may have an international block placed on it by the bank that prevents you from completing your purchase - even if you have previously made a payment to us on the same card. You can call your bank to let them know you are trying to place an order with us so that they can lift the block for the payment, as well as ask them to approve future payments.
If you are using PayPal, you may need to make sure it is able to withdraw funds from your bank, card, or balance properly; or make sure that you have not canceled your billing agreement with us.
