How do I cancel my membership?


** Please note that this process must be done on the desktop site.

If you purchased your membership through the Drumeo App, you can find the cancellation steps at the bottom of this page.


If your membership was purchased on www.Drumeo.com, follow the steps below to cancel your membership.

     

Step 1: Click "Settings" in the left-hand sidebar, then select "Access"

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the option to "Cancel Membership"

Step 3: Fill out the questionnaire, then click "Cancel Membership" again to confirm the submission.

Step 4: Once this is complete, you will see a red banner across your profile that confirms the cancellation.

If you do not see the cancellation option in your settings, or you suspect it's a billing issue, please contact our Support Team so they can help.


If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, follow the steps indicated by Google HERE.
